Your quote
We never quote a job we haven't seen. After a site visit you receive a written quote. You'll know the cost before any work begins.
Deposit and billing
Once you accept, we send an invoice. A deposit holds your start date and lets us order materials. The remaining balance is billed at each milestone in the payment schedule on your quote.
Changes to the work
Any change that adds work needs your signed approval before we do it.
Our guarantee
Every job is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If you call us back under it, we answer within 48 hours.
