Property Care & Home Watch
Your home. Our priority. Your peace of mind.
Owning a second home should be a pleasure, not a worry.
Oak & Chisel offers private property care and home watch for second-home owners, seasonal residents, and homeowners who want a trusted local partner looking after their investment, whether you’re away for a few weeks or several months.
We look after homes and the people who own them. We don’t manage vacation rentals or guest bookings.
Care plans for your home
We offer three levels of monthly care. Each plan is tailored to your property’s size, how often you’d like us to visit, and the services you need, so we prepare a custom proposal after seeing your home.
